This house was
designed and built as a spec house in a new development in
Shelburne. The plan provides for both a formal area and a
family oriented informal area. Finishes and cabinetry are
of very high quality and are custom made.
The style of the house is reminiscent of
the“shingle style” from the end of the nineteenth
century, which is the hallmark of signature historic buildings
on Shelburne point.
