Northern Power Systems building as winner of the competition, “awarded
to the project with the most innovative approach to integrating
energy efficiency improvements into a comprehensive high performance
design”

- AIA Vermont awarded to Bast & Rood / David Sellers for the
Pitcher Inn
Inherit New Hampshire recognized us for “effective
and innovative preservation” in 1997 for the King’s
Square project.
1997 Project of the Year
- Awarded by The New Hampshire Office of State Planning for King’s
Square Medical Arts Building
The Vermont Forum on Sprawl cited our Lantman’s
project as an example of a responsible project in a publication
called “Growing Smarter- best site planning for residential,
commercial and industrial development”.
